Dangerous PDL Choice of Law Business Model?

Significant developments have occurred in the payday loan space. The Minnesota Supreme Court is certainly not our friend.
The "choice-of-law" model suffered another setback.
The tribe/sovereign nation model is under further attack.
The OCCC in Texas passed a "Clean-Up Bill" causing our Texas friends a lot of grief.
