Do you know your competition’s strengths & weaknesses!
Look in the mirror NOW and answer these questions:
* When did you last visit your competitor?
* When did you last “mystery shop” the micro-lender down the street who’s kicking your ass?
* When did you last run an ad for a manager on http://www.Craigslist.com or https://www.indeed.com/ and interview your competitor’s employees? [After all, they are applying for your job posting!] You don’t have to hire anyone although I would certainly recommend you pay them for their time; in cash. What is her employer doing that’s working?
* When did you last pay one of your employees to get an online loan so you could reverse engineer the process?
The philosopher Sun Tzu in “the Art of War,” [ https://amzn.to/2LdivNj ]wrote ,”If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.”
In addition to knowing your enemy – I mean competitor :-) you must recognize trends.
You're aware of Dave.com; funded by Mark Cuban? You should be! A consumer can borrow a couple of hundred bucks in less than 90 seconds via their phone. And it’s cheap! GET AN ACCOUNT & TRY IT!
